ThingsBoard-based SCADA solutions provide complete control and real-time analytics, making the management of industrial processes simpler and more efficient.

The main advantage of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is its ability to monitor production processes in real time and quickly respond to deviations.

In ThingsBoard, we have developed a fluid management system using SCADA symbols (pipes, valves, motors, filters, flow meters, tanks, leak sensors). This allows any production process to be displayed on a dashboard and enables real time monitoring of equipment operation and alarm signals.

In our template, we show how SCADA symbols in ThingsBoard can be used to create simple and effective process control systems for automating a wide range of tasks. Our Swimming Pool template demonstrates this.

ThingsBoard supports industry-standard encryption algorithms like RSA and ECDSA to ensure the data is secure during transfer via TLS(TCP) and DTLS (UDP).
